About Us
The best time to try, fail, and try again is before graduation. That's why we're building a community where young Tanzanians learn practical skills and use them to build real ventures while still in school.

Building Skills That Build Futures
Our Vision
A Tanzania where education leads directly to economic power. Where young people leave school with running ventures, real skills, and financial independence.
Our Mission
To create as many young builders as possible by equipping students with practical skills and supporting them to build real ventures while still in school, when the risks are low and the chances of success are highest.
Our Story ↘
Collably started at CIVE, University of Dodoma, where Raymond Jestone gathered a group of fellow students around one idea: nothing guarantees us jobs after graduation, so instead of waiting to hit that reality, why not build our own ventures while still at school?
That first attempt didn't survive. Most who joined were finalists, and understandably, they needed something that could pay off before they left. Those with time ahead of them hadn't felt the pressure yet. We also learned that building demands deeper skills and resilience than any of us realized.
That experience inspired what Collably is today: a community that starts earlier, helping young people acquire practical skills, a builder's mindset, and people worth building with, so that by college, they're ready to experiment until something sticks.

Raymond Jestone
Chief Executive Officer
"Treat your years in school as a search for the one venture that could work by building as many projects as you can, with peers, trying to solve real problems. Even if you never find it, you'll leave with real skills, real experience, and people who know what you can do."
The People Behind Collably
A team united around one belief: reach young people early, equip them with real skills, and they'll build the rest.
